Adi Kailash Tour Itinerary

📍 Day 1: Kathgodam / Haldwani to Dharchula (330 km | 10-12 hours)

• Arrive at Kathgodam / Haldwani
• Travel to Dharchula via Almora, Pithoragarh, and Askot
• Enjoy scenic landscapes and Saryu & Kali Rivers along the way
• Overnight stay in Dharchula

📍 Day 2: Dharchula – Gunji (65 km | 5-6 hours)

• Get Inner Line Permit (Required for the restricted border area)
• Drive to Gunji via Chialekh and Garbyang (an old Tibetan village)
• Acclimatization at Gunji, which lies at an altitude of 3,200 meters
• Overnight stay in Gunji

📍 Day 3: Gunji – Adi Kailash Darshan – Jolingkong (14 km trek / drive)

• Travel to Jolingkong Lake (4,600m), the base of Adi Kailash
• Witness the sacred Adi Kailash peak reflecting in the holy lake
• Visit Shiva Temple & Parvati Sarovar, where devotees perform rituals
• Explore the peaceful surroundings & meditate near the lake
• Overnight stay at Jolingkong / Nabhidang

📍 Day 4: Jolingkong – Om Parvat Darshan – Gunji (20 km drive)

• Drive to Om Parvat viewpoint, where the naturally formed “ॐ” can be seen
• Seek blessings at the Ved Vyas Gufa (cave)
• Return to Gunji and rest
• Overnight stay at Gunji

📍 Day 5: Gunji – Dharchula

• Drive back to Dharchula via Kutti and Nabi villages

📍 Day 6: Dharchula – Pithoragarh

• Drive back to Pithoragarh for sightseeing
